Property prices have risen astronomically within the part of Brisbane you're referring to because former Lord Mayor Graham Quirk opened it up developers and Chinese investors. The working class has been pushed out of the area. RL fans are slowly being forced to live on the outskirts.Yes I can, and in an ideal world they would, but do you honestly see the qlnd govt stumping up $250mill a time to build suburban stadiums whilst Suncorp remains under-utilised? The two afl clubs in perth are massive because they play at a centralised state of the art stadium that can attract significant at crowds and corporate sales. The model is proven to work, Brisbane needs to do the same. People here don’t seem to have a problem travelling from 30km away to get to Optus, why would they to get to Suncorp? How many people live in a 30km radius of Suncorp? probably over a million. a new club only needs to attract 20k ish of them, shouldn’t be that hard if RL really is that popular in Brisbane. And if it isnt then why are we wasting a rare expansion spot on a second club there?
Where's all the CC Bears gear?we’ve all been there lol

Forgive my ignorance on most things Super League, but I saw these guys (Centurions) got the promotion and, seeing their club colours.
I thought this could be good for Redcliffe. With the club stating they will be keeping red and white but adding another to differentiate them from the Saints. I really hope if they’re successful they don’t just add a splash of something else, to do it justice and be a brand apart, I’d go with either 40%Red, 40%Silver/Grey, 10% white or swap red and white around. This potentially could keep to their specs of honouring their traditional colours without ripping of an existing NRL club.

I'd have to create an account to get more data.Would be great to see expenses with this data, and in turn profit/loss
That's in a second tier competition. They also own a supermarket and have almost 30,000 members at their Leagues Club. Sponsors will be queueing up to align themselves with the Dolphins if they get an NRL licence.Less than $30milll revenue for a LC and other businesses isn’t much for Redcliffe. I doubt there is much surplus left to put into an nrl club if that is the revenue size.
