So by the looks of it, we really did not need to buy 3 of our outside backs and could have very well bought 2 good wingers instead. Field's size and devnsive skills are not best suited to the wing position however, his ability to take a high ball, run with great speed and probably pop up anywhere on the field and make a good break during a game would be a great improvement.
It’s just a concern that after 84 games we’re still talking about Euan’s major deficiencies - yet there’ve been no discernible centre rotations.
Rotating and resting players & affording regular chances to youngsters should be part of Pathways?
Just BTW, our coaches used to get fair up us for not pulling our socks up on the field
