The NSWRL is pleased to announce the Canterbury Cup NSW Residents team to take on the XXXX Queensland Residents team at Dolphin Stadium in Redcliffe on Sunday 12 May.

Making the residents team doesn't mean that much as far as first grade goes.

Not exactly a team full of big names or emerging talent. The starting hooker is backup for Damien Cook.

What’s the go with Robson and contract moving forward... I see lots of speculation he is moving on, but nothing official...

Is this just speculation?

Interested to see how he performs in any respect.

This is his chance to show what he can do, it will all depend on how many minutes he gets and where Mary plays him and under what instructions from the coach.

The mail is very strong that Robson has signed with the Cowboys on a four year deal starting from 2020.

Because he can play anywhere in the forwards
including hooker.
Timm can not

And at a pinch and with a bit of a reshuffle, he could also probably play in the halves as a ball distributor if one of our backs goes down and therefore is a foil for Mary's obsession with having a replacement back on the bench.

It actually all makes sense to me possm, i think this is a better balanced side than it would have been with Timm in place of Robson. Notwithstanding, the big fella will hopefully get a run during Origin and i am looking forward to seeing him get his opportunity.

Graham is busted and so needs to recover. Timm is young and enthusiastic. I think it would have been better to rest Graham and play Timm.

Possm over the first 9 rounds (lets just leave the last one out for a minute because the whole team was crap) Graham averages over 100 metres and 40 tackles. He is a worker and invaluable to the team. I would like Timms to get a run in first grade but I think it is host and lawrie that should be rested especially with Korbin back.
