Twice as many refs, double the dumb decisions. Then they spend 5min every try going to the vide ref for every try. Watched Wigan v st's this morning, one ref, quick decision 100% better flow.

He's really bad, but you should have seen the guy who officiated the NSW Cup match. That guy was horrific. The refs have no quality depth. Nobody wants to be a ref because of the way they are treated. The game must be a nightmare to officiate because it changes its rule all the freaking time and there are so many grey areas. I'd never do it.

On video refs, anyone looked at what % of tries go to video refs and how long they take to make a decision on avg? Seems to take a eternity. Watching cowboys and ref had perfect view of try, sent it upstairs took 4 replays even though first one clearly showed a try. Wtf, make a decision and get on with the game!

Every time you sit down to watch League with 2 whistle blowers you get 2 games, one involving 34 and the other 6 contestants . . . the minority claiming centre stage would have Clive Palmer in raptures

Their files must be marked " NEVER TO REFEREE A GRAND FINAL.....EVER!

Not sure why Cecchin or Badger is singled out, they are merely par for the course. A bigger concern is the converted linesmen given whistles and looking to emulate them. The light at the end of the tunnel is f**king diminishing
