I think it is crazy to call for Elliott's head over Mclinden's departure. Also in 2002 Elliott took us to 8th place, in 2003 4th, yes last year was a disapointment but can you really put all the blame on Elliott, the players were the ones that miss the tackles, dropped the ball etc. All Elliott can do is give them the game plan and train them to execute it, now should the players make mistakes we can't blame him for it,
Even though he did make some (what seems to us) as strange selections, I think he did what he thought was right.
I still have faith in Elliott, in 2003 he took us from a side that scraped into the 8, into a premiership contender.
Simple question, would any of the people who want Elliott head be willing to take on his job?
