Roberts is in reserve grade this week. And Sandow is the best half at the club. Yes he is easily overpaid but you don't drop someone purely because you are paying them too much money

With the eels having the predictable shocking season, Stuart being an ex halfback and knowing that his grossly overpaid halfback is not doing the job, i am predicting a fall out between the two before seasons end.

Stuart seems to be able to get a team moving in the same direction given a short lead-in; he does well enough with representative squads.

In the long term, though, his style just seems to break teams down. He might be good as an attacking coach at the assistant level or something, but he has an ego and an abrasive personality, so I sort of doubt that would work out over time, though.

He's flopped enough as a head coach at enough clubs to indicate the problem is on his side.

Must suck to be born without a brain. If Parra dont win another game for 2 months, and our negative for and against doubles, we'll still be better off that we were under Kearney - who had Hindy and Burt in his squad :lol::lol:

We are one win and 40 points better so far under Stuart.

When a team is down near the bottom,it's very hard to attract quality players even when you offer them massive overs so you have to rebuild from within and that takes a lot of time.Look at the rabbits,they have taken a long time to get where they are now. It would not matter who was coach,without some real quality elite players the Eels will struggle.Iam not a sticky fan but I think it's unfair to point the bone at him after two months

Hindy offered next to nothing the last 2 or 3 years and Burt was always a fringe first grader. Sticky is a crap coach and im not sure why anyone thought this would be going any different.

Roberts is gone but who will replace sandow he's the only half at the club. Plus to be fair he is playing much better this year than he did last year. His kicking game has improved out of sight
