I loved Ricky as a player, but can you imagine being coached by him almost every day? No thanks. I think this will be his last Aussie club as a head coach.

That squad underacheived. 2003 was an epic fail given the talent in that team. And he inherited the vast majority of that quality. Since then has been a consistent loser at Cronulla, NSW and Parra.

Kearney was a crap coach but he wasn't promising short term results. He was talking of a long term path to winning and Ricky Stuart isn't promising anything greater or quicker than Kearney did.

If next year is as bad as this year will Ricky be sacked? If not what logic is there in sacking Kearney but not sacking Stuart after the same sort of results.

Can you explain how it is an epic fail to lose the grand final to the minor premiers?

I understand that you don't have the ability to comprehend rugby league but we had the best defence in 2002, 2004 (best defence by a mile that year) and the second best defence in 2003 which is something we never had under Graham Murray. He got the best out of all of that talent which can't be said for Graham Murray and that was the job that he was paid to do. Even in 2005 we had a better defence than 5 of the top 8 and only horrendous refereeing against Manly cost us a spot in the top 8.

Whatever he has done since 2006 I don't care about. He got the most out of our team when the previous coach couldn't.

Wrong. In the last 24 years we have a minor premiership and another top 4 finish.

Plus finals in 2007 and another 2 or 3 finals in the 80s.

Also, love the old "but your club has lost a lot/is losing a lot" when you're thoroughly beaten in an argument.

As great as he was we still dominated in 1967 and he couldn't stop us getting the premiership.

I was like loudtstrat......I would for some insane reason stick up for Ricky.

Now I look at parra and see the same horror that us Sharks fans went through with him.

Piss him off as quick as you can.
I believe he really does mean well, but he hasn't got the footy smarts to be a coach.

How many chances/years/money does he get?

If he hadn't been such a good player he wouldn't have been let anywhere near a coaches clipboard.
