Yep, a much better crowd than I feared. And I thought a quite entertaining game! So much passion from the players and the crowd, which what makes international rugby league so good to watch!!

Better than I expected. Agreed on the second part, it's a shame more NRL crowds aren't as vocal as the ones at the World Cup.

The momentum gained from this world cup can provide an impetus for better crowd involvement/ enthusiasm for the NRL. Definitely more respect for the code at large and possibly an awareness of things against the code elsewhere. A much needed world cup in so many ways!

That story was written yesterday morning....late yesterday afternoon the CEO confirmed 600 tickets left

So after having my first sporting experience with poms, I'm looking forward to watching tonights game in relative peace and quiet.

Less than 60 tickets left for the Tonga vs Kiwis game. Though they just opened up the Kiwis supporters bay and it says you can by up to 20 tickets but it wouldn't let even purchase one ticket!! It says there not enough tickets to meet my request...

Why do they have Fiji vs Italy in Canberra? An isolated city of 350k. Seems an odd choice.
