Rnd 2 vs Cowboys

Is there a precedent of the MRC missing an offence and then citing a player after being prompted by the media a week later ?

I think not. Norman is safe IMO.

Yes, but it is the Bulldogs being 'hard done by' - would anyone be shocked at square ups left right and centre?

Still can't believe Graham isn't facing drama. If he knocked the bloke out, then he'd be on charges, but because he was lucky enough not to....

I would care if we weren't playing them this Friday. Bulldogs seem to have got away with a bit last couple of years...

So Normies touched a ref and used a mobile during a game - during the same match !! Two no-nos.

The bloke is out of control.

I've also seen him drink red wine at the preso last year...

who the f**k does that??

we're just fortunate that Michael Cheika didn't seem with a glass of shiraz he would of been offered 1.2 mill to switch codes..

Just as well he also wasn't caught munching on a cucumber sandwich or he would have been as good as gone.

So Matt Scott is fighting his charge but we won't fight Mau's charge. I thought they were very similar.

What's the bet Scott gets off?

We didn't fight a charge from Mau last year either when there was absolutely f**k all in it.

Since Junior got hammered last year we seem a little gun shy.

Goods question when was the last time an Eel got off a charge are the judiciary????

It's a joke! No doubt Klemmer and Scott will get off.

We have reduced interchange, Mannah looks to have dropped weight yet he is only playing 38-39 minutes a game. I'm sure he played around 50 - 60 last year. Why do we think his minutes have dropped?

Maybe in 2014....but last year he was only averaging somewhere in the 30s I thought. I'll look it up.

EDIT: Average of 44 minutes per game in 2015, and almost exactly the same in 2014.

Fair enough...My bad. Minutes have still dropped. This quote is odd then:

I think most starting front-rowers will have to (play more minutes), which is something I am fine with and excited about,” Mannah said.

I have changed my body shape a bit. I have remained the same weight but I have changed my diet, I have lost a lot of the fat I have carried over the years. I am hoping that will help me in terms of getting more minutes out.

Wonder why?

Maybe, in the deeper past he was clearly our best front rower. Now he's not, and they value having Penis Torpedo / Wicks on the field for longer at the back end of each half? Only speculating.

Eels v NQ

Mannah 38min - 13 runs 100m - 27 tackles

M Scott 46min - 10 runs 84m - 27 tackles

Its been quite warm as well. You got to look after the bigger blokes this time of year I reckon

Scott probably would have had more runs if his team didn't drop the ball every set.

Matt Scott has been found not guilty at the #NRL Judiciary - cleared of a grade one dangerous contact charge.

Both tackles were accidents but Scott's looked the worst of the 2. What a f**king farce these morons are in the judiciary!

It's our fault because we pleaded guilty. We could have fought it and presented our case but chose not to.
