What we needed in the 2nd half was an old head to settle them down but they got away with it and so we can live with it but gee some of those offloads or attempted offloads. WTF.

Listening to the ABC interview, Moses said it was 1st time in a couple of years that he had enjoyed his football. They, the ABC also gave Sue 2 points and Moses 3 which is fine by me but I'd add that with Grant it was good to see a prop running with same pace and using his size rather than Galloway.

The thing that shits me big time is that when the going gets tough a number of our players regularly put the white flag up.

When r we going to field a team that have intestinal fortitude & stamina to spill blood for 80 mins instead of 10 minutes.

The obvious +ves today were the 2 points & moses's performance which I'm not surprised about as this kid is a genuine footballer.The hope is that he & brooks can develop a lethal halves combo although there's still much doubt about that.

Typical tigers performance where we did everything to snatch a loss from the jaws of victory.
We need to improve massively to compete next week as the brookvale vermin will be desperate to beat us & will obviously fancy themselves.

I reckon Moses is a gun. I don't get the hate towards him. Naiqama gets some hate as well. Anyone knocking those two has no freaken idea.

Nofo is hopeless under the high ball and sometimes defensively. He is a good player and he can kill them with the ball but defensively he needs a lot of work.

- Strong runs from Sue and Grant
- Woods being Woods
- Moses is the real deal
- Naiqama fitting in well at centre
- Sironen had a solid dig (made 40 tackles)

The Bad:
- Would have liked to see more talk from Woods as the Captain
- Nobody ready for offloads
- Handling errors
- Got too excited with our lead

The Ugly:
- Almost blew the game

Believe it or not m4e I'd be the 1st to admit I was wrong & buy Taylor a beer if he can succeed with this team & get consistent NRL standard performances out of the team.

I know I may be harsh at times but I mean well & all I ask is we turn up every week & have a genuine dig.Last season was hugely disappointing coz there were numerous matches that we'd lost with 20 to 30 mins to go.

Looking forward to making it 2 losses in a row @ 2040 for the manly scum !

I have to admit I had us pegged for a loss, for nothing more than at full strength we don't match up to most sides, particularly one like the Warriors.

It was an extremely good effort, marred by poor execution in the second half. Passes were pushed that shouldn't have been, emphasis on second phase play that was really not necessary with the lead we got out to and the bench wasn't fully utilised, although some would claim that Buchanan being selected in the first instance would see us playing one man down anyway. It would been an outstanding win to stay 20+ points in front missing out first choice half and first & second choice hookers.

Positives are there, whether they learn from it will be key.

Agree MU, hard for me to be excited by it after the second half.

I'll watch the game again tomorrow but I thought woods was average. The mannering try was his fault and he made a few other mistakes too
