Under pressure coach gives rookie halfback a chance to start at halfback over veteran halfback in his 300th game.

20 mins in (rightly or wrongly) rookie halfback gets sin binned, the opposition score three tries during this period which is costly.

Under pressure coach gets the shits with rookie halfback after showing faith on a monumentous occasion for veteran halfback and decides not to bring rookie halfback back on the field.

Surely this isn't too far out of stretch of everyone's imagination? I'm not saying it was the right call but surely you can understand why the decision was made, as can I?

So basically he lost his cool to the extent it clouded his judgement … Big Time !! Behind by that much at half time with one of only 3 players that can make a break getting blisters on the bench ? ? This is a big statement but I would never believe anyone could be worse than McMuppet & the burb king but our coaching has actually got worse on a 11 year graph. Unbelievable !!

Im over being angry David thats why I stopped watching 2 weeks ago.....was just getting pissed off and frustrated....then thought you know what at my age it just ain't worth it..... Ive put my heart and soul into supporting the red v since 1958 sadly and in particular the last 12 years imo this club and some of the players havnt...end of story

This club is on its last legs.
We all are astounded by the woeful team selections(coach), the player behaviour (off the field)then player attitude & performance. "Since Griffin " arrived at our club we've had nothing but a "downhill slide to the basement "& yet these imbercil Board members have done nothing to rid ourselves of this clown (hook).They actually gave him an extension. You can't blame Hook for excepting. But u can blame the Dragons Board for this debacle we see ourselves in right now.

If this figure is correct, you would think we would have been rotating some of our forwards. Yet we used 1 interchange for Sulli to Mbye when Sulli had just had a 10 minute rest and we didn't use one during the game - so we only used 6 real interchanges tonight.

* 3 missed tackles;
* 2 ineffective tackles

So much for Hunt was making too may tackles and he needed to get out of the middle.

My brother is a Dragons tragic just like me BSE. He has chosen not to watch any of our games anymore which makes me so sad because we wont be able to discuss the game over the phone during play anymore like we used to. Just another nail in the coffin and like you there are so many of the older brigade and possibly many of the younger ones too that have said they have had enough of following the club because the dramas just have put a big dent in our lives in the last 12 years.

It is just not worth the stress and anxiety and my wife just cannot believe that I have spent so many hours carrying on and in fact I don't think my family gives a shit about the Dragons because of my goings on. Oh dear such is life.

This Board can come up with the craziest things as you know and they might just say that "We have decided on giving Mr Anthony Griffin another 3 years as head coach of the Dragons. We believe that there are no other guys who can put up with this shit and therefore, we have had no choice but to re-appoint Mr Griffin.
