Tough conditions, didn't bother to use Burton. WTF, Cleary just baffles me. Why play 80 minutes and not use all your bench. Just stupid coaching. He'll blow me a kiss and point at the scoreboard, but we only just got away with that. Manly will flog us if we play like that.

Terrible refereeing, most of it favouring us so no complaint there.

May did a job but really doesn't suit a backrow role. Looked a lot better in the middle during set plays. Poor Burton just doesn't fit well on the bench for this team. Thought the middles were great again especially Yeo.

Same performance as last week really. Expecting a loss against Manly which might be what we need right now.

Earlier in the season yes. The last 3 or so games we have been scored on at least twice from his ground kicks and had numerous deep attacking raids against us. Many more are finding legs/knees. Opposition is starting to learn how to defend against it.

He had a try assist from a grubber just two games ago, and a repeat set IIRC.

I don’t think there’s enough evidence to say they’ve worked him out.

Happy to get the 2 points. I understand the hesitance in such a close game. But what chance do we have keeping someone we supposedly rate highly when our actions prove we have no faith in him.

If i was Burton I would already be looking for new clubs. He has shown more is less games of NRL than3 of these guys and still Ivan would rather play with 16 than give him a run. At the very least he should've gotten 20 at Fullback like Crichton did in rounds 1 and 2. Not like Aekins was positioning himself well or anywhere to be seen stopping tries.

7 out of the ‘best’ 17 on the sidelines led to the most inexperienced team in the NRL today. Still won!
16/17 made their NRL debut here. Captain James is the odd one out!
9 1/2 out of 11. Should have beaten Newcastle, and could have beaten Parramatta.
Deservedly lead the comp outright!
Doesn’t get much better than this!

Too be fair those average guys playing their normal positions. Once the rain came we were always going to go defensive and not play him
