Frankly we are kidding ourselves, we are rubbish and btw the refs can get f@cked

We just didn't set up our attempts very well at all. We had 2 chanes to put 4 or 5 good straight runs at them then pop it from 20 out... but we just couldn't get our sh*t together, made some slow and ineffective runs, sloppy service, and Gids took care of the rest.

With a full set of six from half-way you should be able to structure the set accordingly.

We don't win games like that. Maybe under Bennett that will change.

Defensively we hung in well, but it's hard to be happy when we butchered another 2 points.

So an innocuous shove that has nothing to do with the play-the-ball gets penalised but the markers getting pushed over before the dummy half kicks a field goal doesn't.

BTW why is it that refs play home time favorites everywhere but Newcastle.
