i agree mate. that tattooed flog is the slowest fb in the comp
Try not to be too critical of duges,
Yes, I am one who is ok that he is leaving.

However, he has tried hard for us and we need to be mindful of the positives he brought to the team.

There were many good things.

Shit, he could have done a Dane Neilsen!

He played hard for the Red V, he put his body on the line with his great defence.

Some didn't during our dark times....but duges did.

So thanks Duges.

Go well.

Not exactly what I was saying.

I wish Dugan all the best as he continues his career. He's tried his guts out for us. It's more that I think he lacks awareness when he has the ball in hand.

There are plenty of blokes who have been slower than duges who have had excellent skills in attacking movements.

Mann at fullback will be a plus for the Dragons. He has speed, a good pass and is elusive. He would easily fit in with ease.

Dugan at right centre would be what we need to address our right edge defence and he would be a real attacking weapon 15m out from the line. He just needs to learn to pass to Nightingale or inside to Mann.

McGregor has showed zero faith in Mann so far so he won't change now.
Needs to replaced as coach on this fact alone.

Tonight's performance of Dugan is enough evidence for me we shouldn't play him in the centres. That kick he attempted to put in instead of passing for me said it all.

Also I think Dugan is the best defensive fullback in the game but that doesn't mean he will be the best defensive centre, how many times Chambers has pushed him off tonight I don't know. Mann we have seen is extremely good defensively in centre. Also Mann would be able to create for the winger

Mann has been in first grade maybe its time you started beating a new drum as the one you have is beaten to death.
There are members on here who want to shut down critisism of May and Millward purely because it does not suit their own views.

In the real world blind loyalty does not cut it.

Tedesco will need to be contained somehow. He is in my view, on last nights performance, the number one fullback in the game.

100% agree. Even in the first game against the tigers he looked dangerous every time he got near the ball but we managed to minimise the damage, same required again this week.

Tedesco will be on a high after origin so good momentum but he did also just play origin and was heavily involved so that could help us too

Wow I wish we had a fullback like tedesco .now àll you boys who wanted to pay Dugan 1000000 can quietly leave the room .Josh has been a wholehearted player yes and capable last line in defence but he could never win you a game ,yes he will save you a game no more but I'm sure Dugans manager got in his ear and convinced him he was a mixture of Billy Slater and Graeme Langlands .will .miss the big guy but we have some brilliant young players who need nurturing.Mary Mary Mary show some vision.and roll the dice re the young superstars .

The main point with Tedesco is you cant give him space. You cant kick the ball down his throat, our kucks need to be placed so enough time for our defensive line to be set or simply go for the sideline. Nofoaluma is also a very good ball returner and same applies.

It's not just a simple case of this one is better than that one so therefore he is worth less.
The issue is also that if all the very best FB's are already spoken for then the one you are chasing / left with also has the option of asking a highish price. It is all dependent on how much of a bind you are in at the time.
Same thing applied to us buying Hunt for sure he is not as good as JT, CC IMO but he got the high price because we were in a bind and the options were truly limited.
Hunt's manager managed to extricate a deal &Dugan's manager did not.
Simply all business in the end.

Strap Mc Crone's right ankle to his right wrist while it's behind his back.
