What’s up with Cleary? He’s been anonymous tonight.

Another apathetic performance.

If every Panther played with the same intensity of JFH, we would be unstoppable.
Cleary was part of the break that Tyrone Phillips bombed. That alone is more than Msloney did all night.

Actually. If he didnt play he would be more effective than Maloney tonight. That was by far his worst performance in first grade for a long time. Very un Jimmy like. Mistake upon mistakw. Never redeeming himself.

Just one of those games where everything that could've went wrong, went wrong, starting with the announcement of Benjamin Cockface as ref.

32% possession, no wonder we got a hiding. Penalties 9-3, 63% completion rate. Couldn't buy a penalty even when our blokes are hit fair in the head. The Roosters with all that possession were very good, you wonder if they can have things go their way like that again though.

But you're ok with the team not showing 1% of the passion fans do?

Disappointing performance but I think we've done enough this year to prove we are a different team. I'm surprised with the amount of concern shown over tonights loss.

Every member of this shitty forum contributed more than Jimmy tonight

Emotions running high watching the team not put in. It'll calm down.

Not put in?

We repeatably turned them away from our line despite having 30% of the ball, a ton of injuries & 12 men for 10 mins. We had every right to lose by 50+ given how well the Roosters played & how little ball we had, every bounce of the ball went against us... Not trying (or putting in) & not executing are two very different things.

We have a huge injury list and we’re up against a team that played very well. We were a little off & rightly got punished. There were still plenty of things in that game to show we’ll still be a threat even if we get half our players back.

On a positive note, Tamou & Whare both had very good games.

Doing CHN a favor? hasnt looked first grade quality all year
Was looking the goods for the first few rounds, since then he has been found wanting at times. Just write this game off. And the players who are playing for their respective rep teams next week will need the time away.

Remember folks,it's our only bad performance.,and it was probably on the cards. Having lower grade players in first grade for a longer period should eventually have had a draining effect.

f**king embarassing that they dish this shit up right after Wallace announces his retirement for the sake of the team

The NSW players have been terrible, shouldve stayed in camp... Cleary apart from a field goal has been terrible, Maloneys performance tonight was disgusting, Peachey, i wouldnt even bother with him for the remainder of the season, we get Blake back next week thank god..only another 6 rounds until sauce is back... maybe 6 40/20s til then....

Atleast Maloney tried stuff. Cleary was invisible and given all the others missing we needed them to stand up

We got owned for 80 minutes.

Youre surprised people are concerned? Our big scalp is a team best known for choking.

Tonights game just raises the same questions that have lingered over us for a while now.

Lost to the only two contenders we have played

We didn't play well and were off our game tonight. Mind you 9 penalties to 3 and a sin bin doesn't help. Cordner smashing CHN's nose, Tedesco knocking on to everybody in the world except the ref, they were the little 1 percenters that didn't go our way. They were always onside and never lay on our players too long. We only had to breath a bit too hard and we were penalised. The Roosters had 68% possession. Their best performance of the year and probably our worst.

I'm not sure Cleary is fully fit. He isn't running much and even though he got the ball as often as Maloney, he didn't do much with it. His knee might still be bothering him.

Whare tackled like a demon, which is exactly the opposite of Peachey who was woeful. 9 tackles 5 missed tackles, 1 error, 2 penalties, a sin binning and a butchered try (he had help from Phillips there).

We will bounce back. Even with minimal the penalties, minimal possession and playing away, we tried hard and din't give up. No season goes without a few losses, lets make sure we get them back in the finals and knock their arses out.

I hope RCG just has concussion and not a broken jaw.

Maloney was worst on field, but Peachey only marginally behind. 4 utterly boneheaded plays in about 10 minutes when the game was still live. There were very few that can hold their head up high though. Whare and maybe DWZ the only you'd feed.

One loss isn't the end of the world, and the Roosters played about their best game of the year. We're obviously way down on troops and realistically winning isn't sustainable when that happens. That said we showed an embarrassing lack of composure out there. Stupid mistakes, dumb penalties, bombing tries, all while the Roosters middle just rolled over us. We really needed someone to steady the ship and no one was able to. If it's a blip that corrects itself straight away then fine, but if it's the beginnings of a wobble we're in trouble because that wasn't anywhere near top 8 standard, let along the deep finals run we're all anticipating.

He f**ked up nonstop for 80 minutes and you defend him. Takeout Maloneys f**kups and he is literally the definition of invisible.

Invisible shits on being the standout poor performer. Cleary however was involved in putting us in a try scoring opportunity from.a nothing set where we were pinned on our line. Not only was he visible. It was a great positive play undone by the worst finishing you'll ever see from a winger.

I wouldn't be as concerned as I am at the moment if we didn't have this many injuries to just rub salt in the wound. I'm confident that we can bounce back from smashings, as we have seen in the past. but all these injuries make it seem too hard a task. it's just unfair really that our team has the shittest luck of injuries. but that's footy. Im really unenthusiastic about this season now, but hopefully they can turn it around

Cleary was far from worthy of being called out. He didn't do that much but your options as a half are limited when you've got no ball and your forwards are getting hammered.
