Mate I think you are pretty spot on most of the time but to knock Kenny is bloody rough!! Barely played last year. So has had stuff all games in 15 months.

Yes he dropped two balls but he does so much well. Great defender. Gets the forwards running onto the ball. Has good crisp service.

Great back up dummy half. Can't expect more than that. He is clearly the best option we have outside of api
Andrew Johns said last year Kenny should be playing NRL on a weekly basis

If someone was dropped for f**king BJ than why is id good enough for us?

Completely irrelevant.

You have a preconceived idea how Momo will play (because you think Burton is a much better option) & then wait for a minor error / misread & blow it well out of proportion for the next 60 mins to justify your initial opinion, disregarding everything he does in the other 79 minutes of the game that doesn’t back up your point.

I didn't notice anything. Will keep an eye out on my usual second watch. No idea why people are offended about criticism.

I missed the first 25 minutes, but from what I saw of the game I didn’t really notice any poor play from Mom.

He didn’t really have a good overall game last week though.

Edwards- 9 exceptional in the wet
Staines- 4 no real involvement and unforced error.
Momo- 6 made up for poor defence with a double. Needs to improve
Critta- 7 the left today was deadly. Was kiks turn today but they all looked threatening
Too- 9.5 my best on ground. Incredible performance
Luai- 8 very good.
Cleary- 8.5 kicking game has gone to another level.
Jfh- 8.5 standard fish
Kenny- 7.5 few mistakes but 45 tackles good service. Good game
Leota- 7.5 no mistakes from big moses in the wet made me happy
11- kiks 9 he's defence really impressed me today. Pulled off some great shots
12- capes 7.5 solid game without anything special
13- yeo 8 standard knock by yeoy

14- may 7.5 did well in his limited time
15- Spencer 8 so damaging. Love his style
16- Martin 7.5 solid
17- eiso 8- thought he was very good in limited game time. Must've only play 25 but made 90m and 20 tackles.

I thought we threw a few trick plays today I had never seen before. Critta sweeping out back on opposite side of the field looked impressive.

I just think Smug was calling it as he saw it. He's defence was poor. He did well to score a double. Put himself in right space for the kick and the last he showed good footwork. Defence was horrific by napa and co bit can only play what's in front of him.

Like I've said with eiso, he's proving me wrong so far. I'm sure Smug, like me hopes momo can come out and have a blinder! I know I dont want to see any panther perform bad.

But when some on here have death ridden naden for his defence and can't cope it when we call out poor defence by momo than you take out of that what you like... especially when like I said, Naden's had a better tackle % in the prelim against the chooks in preliminary than momo today.

Easts in 1919 won 3 in a row from Rnds 10 bt Norths 33-0, Rnd 11, bt Wests 5-0, Rnd 12 bt Annandale 28-0. Total points 45-0.

Panthers: 2020, Rnd 20 bt Dogs 42-0, 2021 Rnd 1 bt Cows 24-0, Rnd 2 bt Dogs 28-0. Total points 94-0.

Even allowing for the fact that tries were 1 point less, it trounces Easts effort in 1919. IF we keep the Storm to an unlikely shut-out, we break that record.

And if we score the first converted try next week, that will be 100 points scored without our defence breached. Don't know if that has been done or not.

I dont think either Staines or momo are at the point where they demand selection and they certainly haven't played enough fg with us to say "they are the best option". Saying that is ridiculous.

Tbh I think atm r Jennings is a much better option but they are going to persist with Staines atm because no doubt he is the future and a work in progress.

R Jennings is a much more rounded player at this stage of his career. Strong ball carrier, good finisher and good speed. I can understand why they are and will persist with Staines tho.

Anyone who thinks Staines is our best option after 2 games against two of the bottom sides from last year.... well, he has a lot to prove.

Staines is easily one of our two best wingers. That’s a no brainer
