Being allowed to overspend for half a decade and so develop an Origin standard leadership and playmaking group and winning culture. They made four straight grand finals FFS. You can't buy that kind of experience. After that, losing a few players is a trivial hurdle to overcome.

I thought that after we scored very early in the game they thought it was going to be a walk in the park. But, silly errors, indirect passes, allowing the Tigers to offload and the Tedesco factor kept them in the game for the full 80 minutes. I'd rate it a 6.5 on our ability meter.

Arthur's waxed philosophical about the game. He said no merkin should take any credit away from the Tigers. They had a go.

I was watching the 2nd half wondering where our inspirational skipper was and he didn't come back on to around the 70 min mark.

50 mins off the field he was its ridiculous.

Maybe because we didn't use his HIA we had to keep him off for longer cause our interchange rotation is used to timmy knocking himself out after 15 mins

Thought Twai looked more than Handy today, Gus gave him a wrap. It looks a poor decision in hindsight letting him go considering how long in the tooth Mannah looks and while Alvaro is willing he is nothing more than a back up.

Vave is probably our best prop forward and he looks unfit and has only ever been a benchy.
