I have to say, it looks like you were right.

I thought we were no chance of top four this year but now it looks like we're at least a chance. We seem to be hitting our straps at the right end of the season.

Also, our 'poor performance' last week probably wasn't as poor as the wrist slitters were saying. We were certainly impatient, but the Tigers played out of their skins.

We bombed tries and they saved a few with excellent scrambling.
Brisbane did same.Moses and Norman could of had another try.Well Norman perhaps blew his.He should of took that bomb.
Only reason i saying it is none of our 17 has played to their potential at same time. Manu and semi started year slow.
Normans been average plenty. And Bevan and KE only starting to fire with Tepai.

The only guys who have been in top form all year are BROWN - Gutherson.
Its different when your guys play well and players put in a big effort and you still do not win like the dogs.TBH if wasnt for their great attitude they would of been flogged many more times.

Can we keep playing like this? Who knows but on our day we are capable. Just get in finals and hope for 3 or 4 games where click.

Sure i talk about panthers being a threar cause of the same. Playing awful and no players in form yet still there. Unlike dragons where playees are in peak form and had minimal injuries.

He's an ordinary attacking front rower, but his defence is Origin class. He is a first grader and will always get 40 minutes a game in our top 17. We have plenty of other blokes who can run the ball.

Ran well last night. Needs to develop a short pass before line and the odd offload

Just watched the bennet/Boyd presser. What a bunch of sooks in regards to the KE tackle.

Do they recall when one of the Morris twins busted his knee and was basically pleading with hodges to not tackle him because he was on agonising pain on the floor. But i guess it wasn't obvious he was in pain.

Boyd goes on to say the broncos player was concussed. HTF is KE meant to know this???

The thing about the bloke coming up quickly is disruption. It forces more errors and poor decisions from the attack, and helps other defenders dig deep to keep moving forward when they're hurting. Don't overlook the importance of leadership. And Kritchard is making an extra 20% of the number of tackles (per minute) that King is. Arthur's obviously loves that shit.
I think he loves winning more. Cam Smith isn't aggressive and his focus isn't on rushing out of the line and disrupting the attack. It's about being bloody effective when he makes contact. I'd argue that's a pretty bloody good model to replicate.

Watched the game at the pub last night. Mental as anything came to Bulli.
Watched the game again when I got home.

Geez the channel nine tools talked up the Broncos in the pre game. I can't believe how wrong they got it. It was funny to watch knowing we'd won so convincingly.

What would KE actually charged with? It wasn't a shoulder charge and it wasn't high. Is there actually any rule about smashing a prone player?

I can't see how anything can come out of it. ESPECIALLY after Brook's shoulder charge to Moses' jaw last week and Blair's shoulder charge on Moses after his grubber for our first try. Which both never got mentioned ever.

We won because every parra player fought really hard for a quick play the ball on every ruck. If we complete and play like that again we I'll win regardless who we play. I've never seen us play like that. We were relentless in the ruck with or without the ball.

I got some texts to send........

It was Brown who got charged, not Edwards.

Thaiday has been doing what Kenny done for years and so did Justin Hodges.
Bennett has a short memory when it comes to what his own players do.

Well once again Mannah played under 30 mins, but that's his best game in eels colours in a couple of years.
Maybe his best attacking game, so merkins like you actually noticed him, but I think some of his earlier performances were better because of the work he did in defence. He only made 11 tackles last night.

Actually, he made 177 metres and 29 tackles in 51 minutes against Manly in round one. That was his best all round contribution in recent memory.
