Staines was cover for Edwards and May. Understandable he didn’t get on.
I can imagine the hoo and cry if one of them had to come off and we had no cover!

If may and edwards werent 110% they shouldnt of been playing to begin with... if youve got a winger of the bench to cover them csuse they arent 100% than ivans even more cooked in his selections than i thoughr

All we really need if a back goes down is a forward who can play center at a pinch because Crichton can cover fullback or wing if really needed. Not sure if we have one of those though.

Can't disagree. Playing with 16 doesn't seem like the best strategy. Salmon can shift to centre if you get desperate and Critta can play wing/fullback.

first half we were rushing up far to fast on the edges and we’re running to much on the last.
We adjusted well in the second half, still got caught on the edges a bit but the repeat sets and pressure led to south’s errors.

It was a tactical decision...

Nothing nath does by himself fixes it.

It was a clear ploy to clog the middle of the field, druve them bsck dominate the ruck and not allow cook or murray quick play the balls.

That worked really well..they both were quite...

The issue was cause we were so bunched cody and latrell carved up the edges.

We adjusted slightly in the 2nd half but still was avg..

We need to find a balance..

We don’t have one. It’s why Ivan has had salmon on the bench all year and since salmon has been starting he has carried an outside back. No idea what the whinging about Staines is about he was only ever going to play if there was an injury or if we got pumped they’d would’ve pulled dyl of for an early night.

Ivan will not go into a game with a hooker and three forwards on the bench unless one can shift to the centres just get used to it, we did not look like we needed another forward tonight anyway, Chris smith on the bench just eats into other players minutes. We just wrapped up the minor prem with two weeks to go missing both halves the last 3 weeks and a couple other injuries and suspensions thrown in there and people are bagging the coach, fmd what does it take to please some of you.
