We need to use Aku's money to get Coote. Coote plays today we would have smashed them. Mamo is going to do well to get a start.

Why are we not talking more about Cory Denniss? A teenager plucked from the street who had a spare Saturday, scores 2 tries, got robbed of 2 more, made some great defensive plays and looked as safe as houses. Him and Sione were unbelievable on that right side.

Nathan Ross and Pat Mat on the other were garbage.

Pat mat made more runs, meters, tackle breaks and offloads than anyone else on the team. And he made a cool 76 in supercoach, which means a big fat juicy price increase. Easily been our best outside back this year.

Not sure who you've been watching.

You blokes are kidding. Pat was taking soft hit ups and that side was diabolical. Watch the game again.

Keep your Pat, I'll take Sione's effort today over that every time.

Sione and Corey were terrific. Sione was showing he has heeded the Brown warning re discipline and it is working. Brown building Bellamy like respect in this side in so far as they are learning that even wins on the back of poor performance won't be a free kick to slack off.

Pat solid too. Come on fellas. Let us not start getting petty when everyone dug pretty deep today.

Zoidberg is taking too long and it's making me anxious.

Which of you silly sods renewed your membership this year and are going to the game?

Sorry mate, was working all day and didn't get a chance.

Just finished watching the game. Only watched the 2nd half as I already heard the half time score.
Oh, but my recording stopped 4mins into golden point :( so I didn't actually get to see the final bits.
Much better performance all round. Would be nice if we got another home game next week, I think it really helped the boys.
Sione was a standout for me, good to have him back and starting to get to where we hope he will be.

Defence is obviously still something we need to work hard on, and cutting out giving away dumb penalties.

We're getting there guys, slowly, but getting there.

I thought Hodko was a gem for us today...

I think this is the first game since 2007 where we consistently 2nd-man players (actually troubling the defence with some lateral movement) and Hodko was in all of it, both throwing the pass and wrapping around.

A few of you have said Mullen had a great game (i agree), but i credit Hodko for giving him so much space. That is the combo every Mullen fan has been waiting for and i hope they continue (at 28, Mullen might actually have that breakout year...)

I felt a lot more relaxed with Gagai at fullback as his defense is so terrible at centre.

Bring Stockwell Tariq and a firing Snowden into the team and our pack and bench look pretty good.

Great to see Dennsis have a solid game on the wing as the team is really struggling when it comes to outside backs.

Nobody.

Snowden should earn his way in, so too Stockwell. Brown's culture should drive them to push their way back in and it should also keep the likes of Paea and Pauli fired up and putting in the same effort they did today. Even then we may discover they're better options.

Watching the Titans pile points on the preciously unbeaten Tigers. If we keep improving we just might avoid the spoon. Lots of Raiders fans sulking about almost losing to an U20's team in the nrl game thread.

Tariq is a given but who do you drop for Snowy or Stockwell?

I rate stockwell so highly that I'd be prepared to drop most back rowers in the team to accommodate him. I'd also be tempted to drop Randell if Levi can prove that he is a 80 minute player however Randell is good insurance in case there is An injury in the halves or hooker. For Snowden I'd be tempted to drop Mataora to accommodate him but only after he plays good football in reserve grade. The same goes for Stockwell.

I can't believe anyone would contemplate bringing Snowden in after what we saw from the middle men in the second half. Big men with great leg speed continually getting over the advantage line by absolutely smashing into defenders and you want a slow marshmallow mixed with that??????

Why?????? Just why?????

Drop Mataora for him????? Why?????

Obviously form may drop for some but on that performance last night Snowden should not get a look in.
