We should be a top4 team.

But we will be a fringe top 8 side

Yep we may just scrape in, then all Club Management sycophants will be saying things like "Griffin has got us into the Finals 3 years is a row! Never been done at the Panthers! Blah Blah Blah" meanwhile our roster will be gutted even further and we will be stuck ANOTHER year with a mediocre none premiership coach.

We can be I’ll disciplined but to be less disciplined than a team with Woods, Klemmer and the Morris twins is concerning.

Numerous times they were offside and we got nothing. One of those games.

I don’t read into these games too much. When the rub is against you it’s hard to get momentum

I don't agree with that! We can winge and rant all we want, but the coach and captain shouldn't give them a spray. They can say they were disappointed and don't understand the decisions, but nothing too much. We need to be better than the Flanagans, Stuart's etc of this world!

We have no discipline. Look at Mansour coming from 10 metres offside to make a tackle. 90% of the calls were correct. The main dodgy one was the obstruction try.

Also turns out they are super fit. They just bludge for half a game so don't use energy. RCG and Kikau were great. Peachy at least had effort.

It's not that the calls were incorrect. In fact they could have blown more penalties against us. But they could have blown just as many against the Dogs but didn't.

If Hook doesn't spray the referees Gus needs to walk in and fire him right then and there.
What calls did they get wrong?

Hook should spray our halves ... oh wait they were playing to his lack of set plays.

The only 50/50 call was the 'obstruction' and honestly that was a pathetic defensive line ftom us. That csll didnt cost us thr ganr. s giving yhe opposition 14 point lead did.

3 weeks in a row. Different refs. Differentoppositio . We're the common denominator.

That sounds more realistic. I just don't want it overlooked how poor it was from us.

Dogs could have been penalised a few times especially high shot on Whare at the end.

To use a footy cliche. 110% correct.

Mansour shocking. How hard is it too stay on your wing?

A try off a kick. A try off an intercept and a try off a bad call.. So despite playing bad on line defence was good. This loss could be good now we get the kick up the ass we need

Poor execution, poor discipline....that’s all Moylan fault isn’t it?
Has Msloney got a try assist yet? I thougt he woulf fix our attack inside the opposition 20.

But apparently not hsving good structure and set plays trumps having good/experienced halves.

Cronk and Thurston wouldn't increase our points scored in this structure.

While you can say 90% of the penalties were correct the problem is that they were not applied both ways. You can't tell me that the Dogs weren't offside and laid on the players any less than Penrith, but the penalties weren't given.
One obstruction is allowed to score a try, but an obstruction of no consequence is penalised and the Dogs score!
There was no consistency in the way the game was officiated. Dropped balls by Penrith were all knock ons regardless of whether they were or not, but were allowed to be back when dropped by the Dogs.
Even with the rulings, a 7-12 penalty count, a dodgy try, an intercept try, and a fluky ricochet try (that I don't think was grounded on the line), no Cleary for the second half, we went down fighting by just 2 points. A very courageous effort!
