Rabbitohs lost a few games last year, showing they were hardly formidable opposition. The minor premiers lost to the wooden spooners, showing they were hardly formidable opposition either.

Manly are as soft a forward pack as there is, so it's as good a chance as we are going to get to get back on our feet.

Kite in for Cartwright. This is some sort of sick joke, surely?

If anyone needs to be dropped it's Kite. Deadset.

Also all these injuries and George Jennings still isn't back in first grade. After 2 strong games, where we won both, and the bloke who replaced him has been deadset awful the past 2 games and been our worst defender the past 3 games.

If Sea Eagles can't beat us tonight, their season is well and truly over. Only way things could get worse is if Moylan and/or Segeyaro were out.

Cartwright has been a pillow for 3 weeks.

Yeo and Mansour have imo been worse but they've had limited games to prove themselves. Cartwright's had 5 and been ordinary in 4.

He wont be there for long.

I was pissed when I first heard...but overall I'll trust Ivan on this one for now.

Taylor confirmed as captain for the evening with Wallace out. John in.

Final run-on side with some changes:

Ivan Cleary has been forced to run out yet another halves combination for tonight's match against Manly.
Here is your team:
1. Matt Moylan
2. Josh Mansour
3. Waqa Blake
4. Jamal Idris
5. Dallin Watene-Zelezniak
6. Api Koroisau
18. Isaac John
23. Brent Kite
9. James Segeyaro
10. Jeremy Latimore
11. Sika Manu
15. Nigel Plum
13. Elijah Taylor (C )
INTERCHANGE
8. Sam Mckendry
12. Isaah Yeo
16. Reagan Campbell-Gillard
14. Tyrone Peachey

Plum will be better for his run in last weeks riggged match.

Doesn't matter who is on the running side providing we have some balance and cohesion.

The halves need not to get flustered and remain composed.

A bit more grunt this week won't hurt!

Time to step up Isaac.

Expect a massive game from Mansour, he was not happy with himself this week.

John has been surprisingly good but Api is invisible and Kite........so soft, have a dig.

Mansour totally ineffective and I think he's been totally worked out. Not long for first grade

We look better than we have in previous weeks, and I don't just think it's the opposition. Defense looks much better. Still making some stupid costly mistakes.

Cartwright hard done by, I think. He's been asked to curb his natural game, and then been dumped when it's obvious he's not very good at being Isaiah Yeo.

A win is a win but gee we made hard work of that. So so many basic errors like not being able to play the ball properly and running over the sideline on the first tackle. Happy to get the two points but we have so much work to do to become a premiership threat.
