If Martin is back I hope we keep Lindsay in the side I think we’ve seen enough from him to say he can handle the bench minutes and is worth keeping over Huth. Sorro can start in place of Huth and Lindsay gets the same minutes off the bench as he has been getting.

Yep. Fish's injury has given a chance to have a good look at him. The option is there to play Sorro on an edge and run an extra middle

I’m in the camp of rotating through some bench options leading into Origin.

Is Salmon the best for that 17 jumper? Maybe. Do we lose anything from looking at what some guys with super high ceilings have for a few games? I don’t think so. Could they improve the 17 for the run in over what a solid, reliable guy is doing? Definitely they could.

My thoughts exactly, We have very inexperienced depth. Who may or may not be needed come finals time, So giving them garbage time now help.

Also allows Salmon some meaningful minutes on the edge in NSW Cup so he can improve in that role for the same reason

Yep, as I said Latrell looks like prime Billy Slater in his off the ball work compared to Miller.

Hopefully he shepherds our second rowers to the try line like against Manly.

I could see us putting up another pretty big score here. They've been getting a fair few points put on them even in games where they're putting quite a few on themselves. I think they're in a roughly similar place defensively to Manly and we'll end up with a roughly similar outcome.

25/53 overall. Only in recent times we have caught up to them.

Surely this late mail that Hosking is gonna be dropped if Garner and Martin return is bogus right? Hosking has been great and is finally providing Cleary with a good line runner on the right edge, be madness to drop him IMO

Edit: Neither Garner or Martin are in the Captains Run video on Instagram, so unless they're playing silly buggers, we'll be 1-17

If Martin can't play on the left side then it limits options.
