I was the one who said it was a stitch up. I'm not making excuses for him, he f**ked up for sure. But the time should fit the crime. Like I said, she had to be aware she was filming. I cant prove it. neither could he. I assume thats why he copped the plea deal. Some people are carrying on like he was chief engineer of the holocaust.

Not at all. I have sympathy towards her for sure. I'm sure it was a horrible & embarrassing experience for her. As are any number of sex tapes being leaked that were made by 2 consenting adults. Have you actually seen the video?

My issue is the hand wringing from all the Helen Lovejoys every time his name is mentioned. Get over it, he has done his time. You dont have to sing his praises or get his name printed on a jersey, just stop crucifying the bloke. Its boring.

There was two different videos. In one of them the girl literally says to him "Dont be filming me" and he lies to her and says he got a message or something. He definitely was the one stitching that girl up, you know how many people saw that? He is a dog for that IMO.

Im over the whole thing but i hate this attitude where its somehow the girls fault. Even if the other girl did know she was filming it that doesnt mean he was happy for him to share it with a bunch of his mates.

He has still served his punishment & that should be the end of it. Although if her father game him a bit of a flogging I'd be fine with that too.

There must be a third video I havent seen then. I just went & checked, neither girl speaks in the 2 I've seen. I havent seen the court documents, and I dont doubt what you said is correct. It's just something I hadnt heard before.

Yep noone should have tapes (or anything) leaked that they didn't agree too.
