I hope the Dragons remember Manu's pretend injury last year where he took advantage of the relaxed line of defence to score a try.
If one of our players had done that it would have been condemned by all.
With Manu, it was barely mentioned.
I hope he gets some extra attention this game so he won't have to pretend.

Bud I'm not saying is the finished article but he is quite clearly more progressed and offers more than Amone as at today. I think Amone could be dangerous in spurts - maybe coming on in last 25 and rotating through hooker and 13. That would require booting Mbye - not gonna happen naturally

Look after seeing the team list it is beyond me how after watching Reserve grade last week MM gets a run before Lui-Tosa or Burns because both were far better than he was but I'm not the coach and the coach knows best. Su'a is a big loss on that edge and MM is no Su'a. Roosters have dropped their young half back so now we have Manu v Amone at 5/8, Crichton is back as well. Unfortunately I can see us getting touched up again.

Amone missed 10 tackles last week our attack was pedestrian at best but retains his spot. Hook has definitely got an issue with Bud unfortunately. Please move him on, I’m sure he would bring back Norman if he could, surprised he didnt move MBye to 5/8 🤦‍♂️

Agree & my grandmother would have run harder at the line than Musgrove did last week he had a shocker.

Yes if you analyse the individual match ups we are in trouble also remembering that they are also coming off 2 losses, B Smith v Mbye. JWH v Musgrove, Collins v Lawrie, to name a few more. If we complete at 60% we will cop a footballing lesson.

No use beating yourself up or getting stressed and upset about the Anzac Day game and the rest of the games this year as we have absolutely no control of selections, game plans etc.

Just have to ride this year out as Hook isn't going anywhere and he will be the head coach for the remainder of the year. He has a contract, he loves coaching and that is that in my opinion.

Expect nothing and you will not be disappointed-this is the weakest Dragons team- on paper at least- for some time. Even if we do manage to score a try, Lomax can't convert. And its coming up against a desperate and hungry Roosters team on their home turf where the penny has finally dropped- Sam Walker is the weakest link. Joey Manu, imo the best overall player in the comp by a country mile, to 5/8 is the coup de grace which is likely to spark a cricket score against us.

What boggles my mind as well we have a selection committee to select the team each week (which in itself is ridiculous) however what's even more ridiculous is 4 different people in the committee are all seeing the the same rubbish and still selecting the same players. You'd think at least one person would speak up and say how in your right can you continue to select player x over player z? Why must everything we do be so utterly brainless, stupid and idiotic?
