What a dribbler. Everyone involved in the NRL need to just ignore him. They won't waste an article on him again if he doesn't get a response.
Not with Danny Weidler around

it’s his bread and butter

union guy has said he loves the free publicity as it’s uniting the rugby union tribe again lmao

Surely this is the worst negotiating tactic possible? ARU bragging they will blow the Broncos out of the water? Haas agent knows he can ask for whatever wants now.

It's the equivalent of going to a stall in Bali and saying "I've got $200 but what's the cheapest I can get that shirt for? " :D :D :D

It’s so embarrassing that to even get some publicity outside of the rugby crowd union has to take shots at league or get involved with it.

Great article.
But..but ..but the smh says Rugby is flushed with cash :D :D :D

If i were signing with the ARU I'd ask to be paid upfront.

Luckily Vlandys hasn't responded to any of McLames recent primary school comments, the one about scrums was particularly cringe.

But if people keep clicking on these 'code war' stories the news sites will keep running them.

Great article, Shane he isn't writing for the tele or smh.

this Hamish lad reminds of the loser at a party who constantly name drops people to get himself noticed.
I funnily feel a bit of pity for the way it's making our snobby cousins look.
He's the perfect example of the cliche rugby fan.
Arrogant, full of himself, over blown self importance and oblivious to how much of a wanker everyone else sees him.

If you ever go to a rugby game the crowd is full of Hamish's

If people were rational and logical they'd support a merger of the Australian rugby world. What happens when corporates merge? They combine the biggest strengths of each side to make a better new combined entity.

What is rugby league's advantage in Australia? The domestic scene. What is rugby union's advantage? The international scene.

So what is the logical solution? Pool together all the money and resources both sides have. Play one great domestic rugby league competition that combines all of the best union talent into the NRL. Then allow everyone to be eligible for selection for the Wallabies and play rugby union in international competition.

That is win win. Think about what your enemies would hate you doing. How much do you think the AFL would hate a Union-League merger? How much do you think the all blacks would hate a Wallabies team with a much bigger talent pool to pick from?

This is the way forward.

Are you sure you're not T-Boon in disguise? Because that's T-Boon level stupid.

Lets play Rugby LEAGUE all year, then pick the best players for the Wallabies to go and play UNION at international level? Sure, why not?

BTW, when corporates merge? They sometimes combine the biggest strengths of each side to make a better new combined entity. But mostly, one just takes the assets of the other and continues doing what they did before.
