Merger is a great idea as long as it’s all rugby league rules. Maybe we can have line outs as a compromise but nothing else.
The idea for 13 players and a ptb were ideas suggested by rugby clubs in England before the breakaway which the rfu rejected

when the nu was formed they played union rules for over ten years (basically) before seeing an all blacks tour and decided they wanted to make their game more entertaining then revisited those ideas

If it wasn’t for league it’s a high probability union would’ve adopted those rules but now they can’t as it is an admission of defeat

The sooner easts cut off this lemon the better

dom young is an excellent replacement

with the injury to Jorgensen the toffs can use him now

There were reports around on Sunday that Suallii manager had asked the Roosters for a release before this year's rugby world cup, after the way suallii and his manager have treated the Roosters they would be mad to help him out.
Keep him on the wing and release him from the final year of his contract after the Rugby World Cup.. bwhahahaha

I actually don't think he lifted his knee that high on that one and Mahoney had a shocking technique.

However, I don't think you will find many roosters fans wanting to see him escape a ban though, he has been diabolical since signing for Rugby and if it means giving young Pauga more game time then I hope he challenges and loses.

Wonder how much they would save if they let him go

probably only 200k and they won’t until they are no chance of finals football

Given his running style he won’t be playing much of anything is my guess

At the start of the year he had real potential to develop into a very good nrl player

now he’s gone to plod he’s not interested in putting in the effort

given how selfish and divisive he is he shouldn’t be allowed back

it’s time the nrl started drawing a line in the sand

So Rugby’s big raid has amounted to signing an absolute lemon like Suaalli on massive overs?
Eat shit Peter Fitzsimmons.
Apparently Rugby is going to make an offer to Haas that "will blow the Broncos out of the water" .... so they might get him. But remember, Haas missed last year's WC because he didn't want to be away from family for 6 weeks, so not sure he'll like the idea of living out of a suitcase for 4 months of the year.
