I like it! I have been saying for a long time that I think Roberts is best suited to 14.

i would have thought Paulo did enough in the back end of last season to keep the 14 jersey.

We certainly couldnt afford both Paulo and Roberts on the bench

i think roberts has an excellent running game - but i don't know if that works from dummy half tho - he needs a bit of space

Yes good point. Have we tried Paulo at 5/8 yet? I can't remember, but I wouldn't mind seeing him have a run there. It will be interesting to see how Stuart decides to use him since he can cover a number of positions. An offloading second rower perhaps?

i'm sure he was 5/8 for a couple of games last year

He could work at six considering we have hayne and sandow but id prefer pauolo as a old school ball playing lock forward with reni and smith in the second row-that would be my 11,12,13

If that was the case he would have spent a lot more than eight of his 100+ first grade games there.

Specialist left-sided half. He runs well from dummy half though (or anywhere), which is why the constant calls from every merkin to play him there. But there's a reason he has never started a single NRL game at hooker.

Was tried last year and had very little to no impact....he is a bench player at best in the Dean Widders mould

i reckon broken jaws r usually only about 6 week injuries these days .... given its still 4 weeks til the season starts i think he won't miss too much
