I really hope we throw at him whatever cash is needed to keep Luai. From what we have seen this season - and the statistics back it up - he is an elite half. We should be looking to upgrade and extend him for as long as we can.

If we can keep Cleary and Luai together, plus Api, it won’t matter a great deal who plays outside or around them, we be among the top teams.

I think Luai above all others is the key signing for us now.

Good point. The reaction from Robbo when we beat his team fair and square was juvenile. He, nor some of his players, could not give due credit when it was deserved. I noted that his reaction was civil after his teams lost to the Raiders? Robbo is not as good as he thinks he is.

I think it’s got more to do with the Roosters having Sam Walker and Lochie Lam available next year. I think their play styles suit the roosters better.
