I’m developing a real dislike for Critta.

It's a short career, can't blame the kid for trying to set up his life.

We're also attempting to punt our most loyal player while under contract, if the club isn't showing loyalty to the players, why should the players show loyalty to the club? Like many have said re; Mansour, it's a business after all.

To me Critta has never sounded like someone who was actually willing to leave. The first time I heard him talk about doing what is best for his family he said it right after he basically assured some reporter he isnt leaving penrith, it was like he remembered mid sentence that he was supposed to be creating some doubt about him staying and added it on as an afterthought. That doesnt mean it wont cost us but I have never been to convinced he would leave.

When the stories are popping up about rival playing managers valuing him at 750

It's hard to be patient isn't it. This has become a real circus and it's been like it for months.

I'm officially over it.

He either signs or he doesn't Stephen (manager) it's time to cut the bullshit.

Likely leaked through the manager. In some cases they share the same manager

this should put the Critta rumours to bed.

If what Blade and Franklin have said about Critta not having any other real offers on the table is true(and I dont doubt them) then the only reason I can see for that is Critta hasnt seriously spoken to any other clubs. His manager is using the media to try and drive up the price it seems. Situations like Spencers concern me more, we have not heard anything about that from his manager or Spence or seen any of the speculative articles that we have seen for Critta.

Moving to the UK would be hugely expensive for Tetevano, then you have high tax rate for someone earning that much and there’s also the Covid drama. 425k would probably keep him here past 2021.
He will be able to live in the North of England far cheaper than it costs to live in Sydney. If he can tolerate the weather, money won't be an issue. No fun carting the ball up to get belted in freezing cold, wet weather.
