I thoroughly enjoyed the way Manly came to play last years GF. It was f**king incredible against a team almost everyone backed to win. Little did anyone know bar the inner sanctum at Manly that Manly were going to do the amazing and defeat the Rorters, well almost in the end, but what a f**king game it was. There is a lot to like about many of the Manly players. Wonder how much of that spirit was brought over to the Eels by BA. This Monday's game against the Tigers will tell us a lot.

In fact I'm going to watch the 2013 GF again shortly. Am really looking forward to watching this game again. Was one of the best GF I've ever watched, if not the best, better than Tigers vs Raiders 1989 or Tigers vs Souffs 1969 or Dogs vs Tigers 1988 or Eels vs Dogs 1984 - 1986 and Eels vs Newtown 1981 - aaaahhhhh there are so many other great GF I enjoyed but last years might be the best of the lot.
