I reckon it's fantastic.
Manly aren't going to thrive anywhere but on the Northern Beaches - it's their home, either punt them, or give them a better ground.

Hopefully they are keeping the hill while adding 3k more seats, but in reality I suppose they will lose capacity due to the work. Not sure that's a good thing? (not that they fill it much anyway)
