I reckon Burrito will be judged on his NRL games for us last season rather then his current form.

They probabaly like the idea of having some experience to fall back on but hopefully we aren't spending too big on him.

Hoppa-Semi-Taka-Falou-Robinson-quinlan-goodal-Faraimo-Lavaka-Champion-Morgan-Crooks-Toutai

From under 20's i would say Davis is the only guy who may take one of the spots.Lets say its Champions who i doubt gets re-signed. And i dare say Morgan would be looking elsewhere too. Goodal and Quinlan are also unsigned as is hoppa and Robinson.

Faraimo would only be hampering a juniors development if there is a guy from under 20's thats going to miss out. Which i dont think there is. Its not like Faraimo would of been top 25 either so who really cares. Adds depth and can play first grade if needed.

It would have been nice to see more of Falou in the NRL first. A couple of games don't make a champ. Having said that, I hope he becomes a great asset to the Eels.

I tend to agree I have big doubts regarding Folau re signing with barely any first grade to his name, and some way off from being 1st grade standard, maybe big picture is getting his brother over, hope I'm wrong....

I reckon the second year of his contract (2017) has him in the top 17 paid players. Next year he might be on $100k-$150k.

There would have been some interest from other, more desperate clubs, and that would have pushed his price up. I wouldn't be surprised if we upgraded him this year as well as extending him.

$250k is certainly believable, though it means we won't get much value out of him. He might even be worth that much by the end of this year. How confident are you in that figure?

figures what person on here knows figures Pou. What seward has friends who come and post on here? Parra just resigned Taka and looks like hoppa too.So I doubt they would of really cared too much about Falou.I reckon 300k for two years tops.If they paid more then they are mad as he may end up a wenty player.

im sure he got more money for his new contract but anything more than that is nothing more than speculation.

in truth we have no idea how much players get paid.
