the thing with maloney is that the warriors did hte roosters a favour by releasing him before the end of the season - so the roosters then signed him that season and gave him available cap $s that year before he started playing with them

Haynes money doesnt need to be used to front load Foran. We can split it accross a heap of other players to front load this year and pay less under the cap next year.
E.g. Sandow could be topped up this year and then take less for the rest of his contract. This still results in less money under the cap for the next few years.
