Jordan is 30 already. Maybe someone on the fringe of 1st grade like Emre Guler or Hamlin-Uele

Uele isn't fringe.
Guler would be handy but he is staying in Canberra.

For the role you are after. You probably only need someone for 3-6 games Grant would fit that role. In price and experience.

Leota, Smith, Henry, Patea, Sorrenson, Eisenhuth, and probably if we are desperate, Papali’i would all be ahead of him anyway.
I would like another quality prop. Not fringe. But that isn't going to happen with what little money we have left.

At some stage to Yeo likely goes to prop.

We also have Riley Price in the FT squad who hopefully has a better injury run next season

I mean past a certain point you start getting slower as you age so the less effective you are as a pure ball runner. The threat of Yeo having different options opens up his running game more by creating more half gaps with guys looking to slide out as quick as possible if he passes.

Yeo putting in 50-60 mins as a ball playing prop who just tackles is still better than 95% of props anyway.

We have a few guys. Billy Scott is one that comes to mind that potentially can do the ball playing lock role.

My point is. I don't see us going after higher end middles any time soon

do we see Yeo as prop and Lindsay as 13 in the future or is Lindsay pure prop only?

he looked impressive & dangerous against Canberra, but that could be because Leota is off the pace

I'd go Billy Scott or someone as the 13. Need to see more consistent ball playing from Smith in that switch

Even a good ball playing prop usually passes like once or twice a game. You can't afford to have most of your players pass. Props need to hit it up, that's the job.

Billy Scott is a 9 who plays Lock as well. Goes well, but see in lower grades seems to start at 9 more often than not, moves to 13 later on. Gets moved back when the other teams start to dominate the middle to tighten things up again.

I see him as the other way around but it is a couple of years away anyway

Fish has put players over before. The odd pass works but Yeo is good at the basics anyway so when the time comes
