Thats all good and I know it's only media speak but I'm a big believer in paying people what they are worth. That way they give their all in the good times and the low times. It's nice to not have over inflated egos asking for overs as well.

I agree here cools. I want him to feel valued and don’t want the next big signing to be getting overs when blokes have taken a hit. I’m confident this is being managed well.

If so, it is great for team harmony, and it means our cap will not get out of shape, with room for rep upgrades etc.

They'll try and get a premiership together then some will go for the bigger pay after that. Very Storm, Roosters system
