Well our assistant coach of the last few years, and lower grade coach, Dave Howlett was brought to the club by Ricky, I think.
My guess is that he(Stuart) laid the platform, and others have built on it in their own way.
But Flanno definitely did not start it.

Well I’m not so much sweating on Hiroti tbh and while the Pennies would no doubt have freed up some money with the departures of Kikau and Api and Crighton potentially they have a stack of up and comers to protect with upgrades as well.
