Barnett has given 110% for us in every game, is young and has room to improve. Besides, I think barnett's aggression shits all over birds.

I've also heard a rumour about this but it's Sione they want in the trade - not Barnett. Which again, no way. I've said before I'd like us to sign Bird but not at the expense of Barnett, let alone Sione.

Who knows really what's true - hopefully none of it. I think Bird would be good for us on the field (again I'm going to stay away from the other) but we get more long term value from the other two who are already showing signs of being able to dominate blokes at 20 and 22. Another season or two of development and some decent props around them and they could do anything.

Bird would be great for us, but if he doesn't want to be here it's not worth pursuing. If they want anything at all in trade - whether that be cash or players - they can jam it. They have a problem in him and they know it.

Yep, I wouldn't lose either of them for bird. Sione and Barnett were the most impactful second rowers we've had in years. They both consistently bent the defensive line back. And they both have a long career ahead of them

Shit ain't happening over night; if Toohey is spot on regarding Brown playing the waiting game, then we'll be right. Sooner or later we'll be fine. The market is dead and we lack the pull to get players to break their contract.

And I'm laughing at the Dragons offer. Vaughn is a handy signing but he's not worth 650k and they're going to expect him to deliver 650k performances which just won't happen. Lowkey, I'm confident of avoiding the spoon next year. They're going to make another signing like that and not even coming close to fixing their problems in the spine.

Brown made mention that we are waiting on the outcome of the investigation into him. If GC let him go we might have a chance but I doubt we will push for an early release.
Kostjacyn locked in and Buhrer close.
See how we go and with cap on hand play the wait and see what we need and who wants a move during the first half of the season.
Korbin needs to lift. Started to see more aggression from him late in the season. We know he can have an impact. It's up to him.

I'd like to talk Ennis into putting his boots back on for a year for us. We've lost Bedsy and a year of Ennis with Levi would bring him or Kostjacyn on. Then offer him a club role.
