Agreed - TPJ would be priority over Napa.

And with Napa, if we looked at him, it is all about the cost and setting a high benchmark of what he'd need to do to gain and keep his spot in FG...at least we now have the competitive capacity to ensure he has to perform above a relatively strong front row rotation that means no guaranteed spot anymore

The Broncs cap is already skewed as it is, now the Broncs are going to have to pay incredible money to keep Tevita. No Korbin Sims or Matt Lodge deals. Think Taumolo deals buddy.

We all win now knowing the Broncos will have to go close to matching clubs like us to keep him.

Keeping them honest.

The club would be stupid to not throw *nearly* every cent at TPJ. Outside of retaining Lamb, I don't think we need to save money for anywhere else with Ramien coming in next year to perhaps fill the centre spot that we still seem a little unsure of.

Wine and dine him like we did with Ponga, Pearce etc, get all his old mates in his ear. f**k Bennett, he'd still be at the club if the old f**k paid a little more to keep him.

TPJ, Saifiti twins, Esse x2, that is a monster of a pack.

Brisbane will not have anywhere near the coin we will offer. They've nabbed a few blokes on f**k all money in Sims and Lodge who will have to be upgraded sooner rather than later as they signed for nothing. Their cap is skewed atm. Oates is another that will want more money next contract. Boyd, Milford and Bird all on big dollars. Jimmy signed up for big dollars. If the Nikorima experiment doesn't work and the Broncs fail to win a premiership this year they will HAVE to buy a half to compliment Milford. That is a no brainer. They will have to pay huge money to get a good 7 now and Bennett will be close to gone.

Throw the Jerry Maguire at Tevita Browny and at least make them pay massive dollars for him and skew their cap even further. Plus Wayne never pays for props........ but he's going to have to this time.

Haha. His only hope to keep him. Surely there could not be another prop who signs on for base wage up there. If the NRL hasn't poured the pressure on yet after Sims and Lodge decided to throw hundreds of thousands away then surely Tevita signing for a few bob with Brisbane when offered close to a million by other clubs has to finally get Greenburg off his arse and heading to Brissy with a big stick.










Geez, what am I thinking? Won't raise an eyebrow at NRL headquarters when it happens.

Apparently Matt Gillett is a free agent at the end of this season.

They'll have to fork out the cash for him too if they want him for a few more years.
