Hahahaha. Idiot.
You still don’t want Mann?
Hahahaha. Idiot.
Quick recap of Mann's game today:
46 metres, 0 offloads, 0 linebreaks, 11 tackles, 1 tackle break and 1 missed tackle.
Clearly the stats of an elite player. Can see why whoosh is desperate for his side to sign him...he's better than the entire broncos backline
Talk me through your logic here
Considering our coach was a hooker in his career, I’m willing to back his judgement on trying to make a hooker out of Mann. Maybe sees attiributes in Kurt that he likes
As a first choice centre? Nope. You still don’t want Mann?
I honestly think he'd settle for someone who defends and wrestles well in the middle and provides quick service to Pearce. Also someone who isn't prone to selfish plays and brain explosions. Seems like a simple ask to me, but Griffin the only one up to it thus far.100% Slots.
It's clear nearly ever player Brown has used has not filled the bill - and many actually played most of their footy in the dummy half position.Groff has come the closest so far.
Does he actually want an 80 min dummy half????
This is going to be fun to watch.
Browny now pinning his future on Mann to hooker makes zero sense at all.
He must be one hell of a defender with quick service? Can anyone confirm?
Pinning his future might be strong, but if Brown's new contract is performance based - potentially using half a season to trial a player in a crucial position is risky. If it's finals or bust next year, Mann starting hooker for 8+ games leaves bust as a heavy favourite. How is making an opportunistic signing pinning his future on it?
It's not costing us any players we want. We aren't turning down a different player for him.
Best-case scenario he turns out to be a good hooker.
Worst-case scenario he is a good utility back as we already know he is.
What's all this talk of Brown going through a merry go round of hookers anyway?
Levi, Griffin who got injured, and who?
