He might just need a fresh start. Constantly questioned at the tigers for the last several yearsLuke Brooks?
Any half would be licking their lips at playing behind our pack. Ferrari with no steering wheel.

I'd take him, he just needs a change of sceneryLuke Brooks?

who would you go for ....who's your top 3 halves targets ?Jeez, times must be bad if we think Brooks is a good idea..
I'd prefer using Crossland to bringing in Brooks..who would you go for ....who's your top 3 halves targets ?
Kyle Flanagan, Matt Burton, AJ Brimson, Tom Deardon.who would you go for ....who's your top 3 halves targets ?
Flanagan or Burton could be realistic , the rorters have to choose between Flanagan or Lam surely they cant keep both , and Burton cant crack the panthers line up so will be looking for an opportunity.Kyle Flanagan, Matt Burton, AJ Brimson, Tom Deardon.
Given that he’s on more money than Pearce is according to the Telegraph a few weeks ago...Jeez, times must be bad if we think Brooks is a good idea..
I read that he was ok with the 400K the Bulldogs offered. Just wasnt happy with 1 year. He wants a 3 year contract.I do wonder how much Foran is asking for on the market. At the right price I actually think it could be worth the gamble. Emphasis on at the right price.
That's less than Watson gets paid. It's one of those ones where you could get an absolute steal and take a squad to another level, or get burned. I'm inclined to favour the gamble on this one, at 400k the risk isn't too extreme. There is no option on the market even close to the value Foran on 400k would bring if he spent more time on the field.I read that he was ok with the 400K the Bulldogs offered. A fit Foran is a no brainer to go alongside Pearce, exactly the type of experienced halves partner Pearce needs. That's less than Watson gets paid. Best mates with Pearce too. I reckon if we threw him a bone, he'd take it. Why wouldn't he want to be the link man between Pearce and Ponga, behind our pack?
Yep, pretty much my thinking as well. I don't think we can just bank on youth or look to groom another half at this moment. We've built a squad capable of doing things, we need someone who is effective right now or we'll miss our opportunity for a while. If we get him for 400k or close to it then honestly the risk isn't even that high. There are plenty of higher value, riskier contracts out there that fell on their arse.A fit Foran is a no brainer to go alongside Pearce, exactly the type of experienced halves partner Pearce needs.
He's a roll of the dice though.
Need to do something or we'll waste some good years with our squad, I'm expecting Frizell will take our pack to the next level also.

Crossland or ( insert other potential young kid ) ultimately both Pearce and Foran are short term fixes, a succession plan needs to be in place.well planned Plan B Eg not Kurt Mann
