Yep. He's a bit too similar to Randall for mine. No surprise to see the Broncos excelling after Walters and Paix have stepped up at #9.

You'd only consider him if Randall did his ACL at training this week. Even then I'd be inclined to go Mann or give Huth an opportunity.

Ugh. Imagine your weekly headline this week is "Knights sign barnstorming backrower Elliott and young crafty hooker, Turpin".

Elliott the guy who is 3rd or 4th string backrower at the Raiders andTurpin who is 3rd string hooker at the Broncos and not shown anything above what Randall offers.

I get they're positions of need or improvement, but this barely fits the bill.

I like Randall, lots of effort but yes he is 2nd or 3rd hooker who fill in occasionally due to injuries. When Brailey went down Randall should have been fill in only for injury and immediate search for suitable replacement due to likely length of time, very poor management/recruitment

B. If in the off chance that Turpin signs with Newcastle, it will be for small $ and at the very least strengthen our hooker stocks which are dire right now and add some experience
