Yeah that all sounds super...We are the most powerfull club in the NRL. We are PARRAMATTA. We will have the BEST stadium of any NRL team. We have the whole CITY dedicated to our team. Unlike the roosters/souths.
People outside of Sydney do not realise but the money being spent in this city is massive. It will be the biggest city behind Sydney in 10 yrs. We are competitive. A team on the rise. A good board. And great history. Players would be lining up to play for us in future.
And I heard last night or this morning, that they are already keen to lock Nathan Cleary up long, long term.... He's a decent prospect and all but geez, so was Luke Brooks 3 years ago... Best not to get too ahead of yourself in this game...Paul Kent said last night that even tho Penrith locked in there roster next year they may start shopping players around to get new players.
The Penrith forum has a blog about the club wanting to extend Griffin's contract.
Agree, short another 1 or 2 big middle forwards plus dh. We don't appear to be in any hurry to sign anybody. Just hope others don't swoop in and get the best of the rest. Seen BJ Lailua's brother play in St George's reserve team we should go for him (I know a backrower) but big, plays big minutes, very creative and also a try scorer himself. Joe Ofangourie? & Jai Arrow still insigned by Broncos are just some of the options.
Are we waiting until cap sorted and hoping clubs have to offload players? If so they will only offload the worse of their top 25.
joe o is on the outer because he's a meathead already with drink driving and his recent casino misdemeanour. not sure living away from his family would help him progress his career
Moylan is an elite playmaker. If he played in a team as good as Lockyer's he would have achieved as much.moylan has bought his own tickets i reckon, he's listened to too many lockyer comparisons and forgotten that's he's already 26.
time is not on his side, the potential he showed lockyer was already doing that at 18. no wonder he's been setup to fail.
Whenever I go back to Parramatta I'm amazed by how much nicer it is. When I grew up it was a hole.We are the most powerfull club in the NRL. We are PARRAMATTA. We will have the BEST stadium of any NRL team. We have the whole CITY dedicated to our team. Unlike the roosters/souths.

Brooks was top five for LBAs last year. He is a fine playmaker. And I heard last night or this morning, that they are already keen to lock Nathan Cleary up long, long term.... Lockyer played in a team so much better than all the others that he got endless opportunities to run the ball while experiencing minimal pressure in defence.you're dreaming. that just makes you look like you've never watched the game at all.
i'm as blues as they come but living up here i'm able to appreciate lockyer's ability for what it is, in his early days he would break the line at will. his footwork makes moylan look reserve grade level, he had a competitive fire almost jordan like. something moylan doesn't understand and probably never will

I am just worried about whether anyone will want to play for the "Parramatta Ghetto's"
I never do that Hindy, hate the thought of it hitting the trough and getting someone else's pee on it. Best to keep control otherwise its like a fire hose, goes everywhere.
My point is how would you know? I see Moylan doing the same things Lockyer did, but less often due to less support from his team mates.yes he did, but the quality differences remain.
