Actually he is closer to the truth then you would imagine.
Here is an example. When parra lose by 8-10 points. Perhaps a knock on, or a flukey try to the other team MOST people see 3-4 players that must be dropped and replaced. And your star players where just OK.
But if Parra wins with a flukey try and other team dropped ball or a 40/20 goes your way. The very same players are all excellent. Sometimes they have played exactly the same - Its just the bounce of the ball went the other way.
Lockyer played at a time when not every player was close to 100kgs+ At a time when someplayers where not at peak diet and training wise.
Just like many will say Eric Grothe was the best ever. Potentially he just trained harder. How do you think semi would go playing in the 80s?
Every player now that plays NRL is close to peak. There complete professional athletes. Most have small weaknesses. Guys like David Solomona wouldn't get a sniff. To many weaknesses.
I reckon Tanginoa if come along 10-12 yrs ago prob has a solid NRL career.
or a corgiI reckon it might be the Queen.
Well notedof course there is merit in suggesting a player achieves more by surrounding themselves with better players...
The conclusion is that comparing the careers of players in teams of very different strengths is a poor way to judge the difference in their ability.but concluding that being on a inferior side is the difference in ability and playing quality is a simpletons statement.
Or abdicationI reckon it might be the Queen.
Na I'm guessing if all the staff have been convened and Lord Chamberlain is talking to them, it's the Queen for sure. It's unlikely they call all the staff for Philip, plus he was out and about yesterdayOr abdication

You know her dad "died" in time to make the morning papers?Staff were summonsed to the palace at 3am. Odd.
I just read about that.... Apparently he was administered a dose of morphine and cocaine, enough to kill him twice over... Say.... maybe that's who the Aussie drug mule stuck in a Bogota prison was going to London to give the cocaine to??!!You know her dad "died" in time to make the morning papers?

Anyone keen to do a statistical analysis to satisfy my curiosity? What are the stats for Mitch Moses last year compared to Luke Brooks and other play makers (ie Milf, Townsend, Norms, Austin, DCE etc)?
Mostly care about Linebreaks, LBA, Tries, TA, Errors, Missed Tackles. Sorry, this has probably already been covered somewhere else.
http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2017/05/ray-hadley-to-exit-nine.htmlNRL and Today show commentator Ray Hadley is rumoured to be on the move at the end of this year.
The Australian Financial Review suggests, “Rumours of Hadley defecting from Nine to FOX have been floating for weeks. But we hear the former taxi driver – and high-profile frenemy of Treasurer Scott Morrison – that the big fella has no interest in replacing the top dog at Nine, Ray ‘Rabs’ Warren and has no intention of re-signing with Nine when his contract runs it course in December.”
If he moves to FOX Sports, Hadley would join former Nine talent Yvonne Sampson and ex-Sports boss Steve Crawley. Of course the speculation could all just be part of a wider contract negotiation.
Hadley has been with Nine for six years.
