Tanginoa played some wing in junior reps as well.Guessing if he played winger at 14 in an under 16 rep side, wing wasn't his normal position when playing against kids his own age.

In some countries they call it the 'third scrum half'.Yeh, in some Union-playing countries (i.e. NZ) the inside centre is actually referred to as 'second five-eighth'. They are typically not the crash ball runner.
Newington won the GPS in 2012 and 2013: http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/gps-2013-review-and-team-of-the-year/Plus it’s schoolboys opposed to first grade. And he played for Newy who aren’t much chop at rugby
Plenty of league centres rarely pass the ball. Their first responsibility is defence and next is running the ball. If they can pass the ball it is icing on the cake.A centre needs to pass whether in union or league, doesn't he?
I reckon Taumalolo is a lot bigger than Moeroa, and is a much worse defender too. He drags his arse in defence, though that's obviously not why he's in the team. The Cowboys tried to develop him as an edge forward early on, so they could get 80 minutes out of him but he just wasn't good enough. He was targeted in the line. When was the last time he passed/offloaded a ball.
The reason Taumalolo is so good is late footwork at the line and his passing game. Moeroa, around the same weight, has neither of these in his arsenal. He'll probably never develop footwork but he can develop the other skills if he puts his mind to it and become a possible rep player.
Holy shit! Newington were always pompy musicians and shite at everything elseNewington won the GPS in 2012 and 2013: http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/gps-2013-review-and-team-of-the-year/
He played in the centres for union and second row for Parramatta. Was playing both games when younger.
Taka is a squad favourite and BA is guilty of trying to find a spot for him. Should be playing for Wenty for sure.Wow. Not looking like a top 4 side. Long afternoon it will be.
Very disappointing, No idea why were are persevering with Taka in the back row. I wouldn't have him in my top 17.

If Hayne shifts to fullback and French to the wing, I can see Gutho coming back at center.
Taka is now good enough to get a start on an edge somehow.
Got me f**ked how, he should be at Wenty, but he’s a Ba sacred Cow.
BA would pick an injured Mannah over Tamalolololololo if he had the choice.BA is loyal, but not scared to dropping anyone either.
If the effort was not there from a player AND he has a better option in the squad he will pull the trigger. But you don't drop a player for another if it weakens your team even more.
BA would play an injured or out of form Mannah over picking Nick Kassis every day of the week.

Every f**ker did a heartlidge at the 10 minute markI’ve heard we have got a few injuries out of the game too
I simply stated the parts of his game that makes Taumalolo so good and mentioned what Moeroa needs to do to improve his game.Moeroa is an excellent defender and a solid player but comparing him to Taumalolo is insane. Lolo is the best forward in the world by a mile, I haven't seen the other great forwards of the past but at 24, if he keeps playing the way he's playing I'm guessing he could go down as the greatest forward ever, yes no??
