A 24 year old has lost ability, has he? On the decline now he's hit his mid-20s? FFS you've got no idea.
But you do??? When have you ever been right about anything???

And where did I say he has lost his ability and on the decline???? I just don't think he is capable of being the dominant half. Last year it was shared between him and Norman and it seemed to work well. Now BA seems to think Moses is the number one seed and capable of being the leading half. Our attack has looked it's worse all year when Moses was handed the keys to the team.

So you are saying a bloke who couldn't get a crack at Newcastle even after they had their main half out is good enough to be a half for us next season in round 1??? Way to reach for the stars. Honestly the acceptance of shit from Eels fans mind boggling.

He started the year on the bench as the utility then got a few games before he was dropped for a few games. Then was promoted again as the starting half but then he broke his cheekbone.

His asking price will be subsidised by us. We just want him gone. Barrett wanted him on the field but Gorman didn't want him off it. Dickheads are bad for business.
RaIders and Titans were also interested, we weren't willing to give him away for chump change. Thats what happens when you try to offload players, other clubs want a bargain we should know this more than any other club. it's what got us in cap trouble in the first place.

I'd rather give Norman another season.

So you agree BA knows what he is doing then? He obviously isn’t f**king up our cap like others did (paying players to play elsewhere) and will only release Norman if a substantial amount of his contract is paid for by another club!!
Having us in 16th position shows us all he really knows what he's doing.

You would hope you cap isn't f**ked considering you are the worst team in the comp????

FMD how many 21yo halves just debut and cane it ? The Panthers got lucky. Storm have tried 3 kids so far this year to replace Cronk. So I guess you would say Jacks, Croft etc have all struggled as well because they have not set the house on fire ?
They’ve been required to find another half out of necessity. We would be choosing a 21 year old that hasn’t set the world on fire over an established first grader. We are also coming off a spoon (probably) whereas the Storm won the comp last year so they can afford to take more gambles. Very different scenarios.

I know players like him make it impossible to maintain discipline in the squad.
Well as long as you know that then I’m sure it’s the case.

I’ll also add Munster is meant to be a loose cannon off the field. Hasn’t impacted the Storm’s discipline or winning ability.

Well raiders, panthers, dogs, dragons, knights, manly and us (around 2011-15) have all been clubs over the last few years that have had significant declines over 1 or 2 years and have had difficulty signing players as their cap was really f**ked up!! We don’t seem to have that problem at all this year, with significant cap space to improve our squad.

Is that good luck? Or good management?

Difference is Munster wouldn’t be seen as a “leader” in the club with older more experienced players like Smith, Slater and Chambers and 1 or 2 of their forwards.

While Norman should be and is probably expected to be one of leaders at the eels.

When Smith/Slater/Chambers retire, if the stories about Munster continued, I reckon there is a fair chance Bellamy wouId let him go.
