Or understanding issues that are complex and involve multiple parties...
If BA wasn’t contracted for 2019, would he get an extension after the season we just had?

Unlikely. But I don't think that's in dispute. If BA wasn’t contracted for 2019, would he get an extension after the season we just had?

If they change nothing other than the coach can we realistically expect to be better over the long term?
Sacking coaches is easy. Becoming a well run club much harder. Its why angry fans and shit clubs focus on the former rather than the latter.
Who says he wont stay beyond 2019? What if we start winning again next year? All of the flip flopping lunatics on here will want to polish his knob again. So he’s only remaining in charge because he’s contracted for 2019. But he’s been given free reign to sign players beyond.
No wonder why we are a shit run club.
Yeah but only 1/2 inch round. Long and thin goes to far in short and thick does the trickThe Yabbys in my dam are bloody 9 inches.

Well if they are flip flopping surely half the time their opinion matches hisI’d gladly admit it if I’m wrong. He’s too one dimensional and his recruitment has been questionable to say the least. I’m not sure he’s the one to take us forward. So because people have a differing option to you, they’re lunatics?
Has keeping a shit coach ever worked though?Sacking coaches is easy. Becoming a well run club much harder. Its why angry fans and shit clubs focus on the former rather than the latter.
How would we know, we never keep a coach. What we do know is that replacing a coach hasn’t workedHas keeping a shit coach ever worked though?
Every club signs players beyond the contract of their current coach. So he’s only remaining in charge because he’s contracted for 2019. But he’s been given free reign to sign players beyond.

How many coaches are totally safe?No shit. But if his job isn’t totally safe does it make sense?
How many coaches are totally safe?
Not at all. You missed the important flip-flopping qualifier. They are lunatics because they think that someone or something is either the greatest thing ever or the worst thing ever. No sense of balance or perspective.I’d gladly admit it if I’m wrong. He’s too one dimensional and his recruitment has been questionable to say the least. I’m not sure he’s the one to take us forward. It should be, but it rarely is.Actually sacking a coach is definitely not easy. It actually causes major upheaval within the organisation - amongst the players, the training staff, assistant coaches and the general admin at the club. But particularly amongst the playing group. A new coach will generally need to rebuild a team and playing style - a playing style that the previous coach is most likely to have put into operation at all levels of junior competition.
It should be an absolute last resort.
There are lots of instances of where team has had a poor season with a coach and then rebounded back the following year with the same coach. Some times quite dramatically.Has keeping a shit coach ever worked though?
Not sure, I guess the ones that win wooden spoons
No sense of balance or perspective.
Nah ... what are they like?
