You and others have essentially labelled plenty of the deathrider’s criticisms throughout the year as invalid because we don’t know the inner-goings-on at the club. However, when the Board (and I assume Bernie) identify issues and bring in someone whose main purpose is to improve culture, then they seemingly have no idea.

The Eels Board includes former senior executives from Westpac, CommBank, Telstra Digital, a managing director of Cetrebet and Director of People and Organisational Development of Legal Aid. I’d take those credentials and their ability to identify issues with organisational culture over yours, Gary

Nice rant and attempt to put me down but I was referring to the fact that they hired an external person to help them with building internal culture.

It is typically only the underperforming organisations that do this because they are struggling for answers amongst themselves.

Fair enough. It wasn’t just the buzzword comment and your certainly not the only person to use it. I guess it can just get a little repetitive when anyone who provides a criticism of the club automatically has no idea and the same posters who disagree with the criticism jump up and down high-fiving them like they’ve just delivered some prophetic monologue.
