I have never watched it. My bro reckons that it's Lord of the Rings with tits and dragons. I am not sure I could put up with all of that just for tits.

Someone recommended it to me early on. Borrowed the first season, watched about four eps and gave it back.

That’s a pretty basic way of describing it.
It’s much more about politics and scheming, everyone trying to get ahead and survive. The only comparison with LOTR is that it’s a fantasy series (though much less fantasy stuff in GoT) and that there are battles with swords and shit.

Meh. Hate is a strong word. I have apathy towards Seinfeld and GOT. Seinfeld isn't funny and GOT is just rubbish IMO.

Hard to say something is rubbish if you only seen 4 episodes. The first season is a little bit of a slog TBF but you are missing some awesome TV. Red Wedding, Viper vs Mountain, Battle of the Bastards

I don't really care tbh. Hence the "IMO". Looking it up, I essentially watched the entire first season bar the final I think. It does amuse me that people leap to the defence of a TV show though (not so much you, just in general when you say you don't like something popular)

Never really been into fantasy or any of that style of stuff to begin with so it was always going to be a hard sell. The story and setting never grabbed me as anything overly original or interesting, the actors and characters never interested me, I found it quite dull honestly. I just didn't get into it in the slightest.

I'm not a big fan of very many TV shows to be honest. The last few I really got into would probably have been Stranger Things and American Gods...

As I said though season 1 is the toughest watch. Really kicks off mid season 2 IIRC.

Agreed on Seinfeld. That show is hugely overrated.

Best show on TV though is easily Televisa Monterrey News’ weather segment

I love the show (Seinfeld not Fraser) but went and watched Jerry’s stand up act and thought it was a bit meh.
