Not really.Jealous much?
Goodnight to you too Soren...and sweet dreams sweetie.
You are right that he won’t leave no stone unturned, but what about his pace and acceleration? Some players lose so much after knee issues. Hindmarsh automatically comes to mind.
And TPA’s are also meant to be arms lengths from clubs............Sponsors aren’t allowed to provide third party deals.
Really??Even the king has taken to social media, insinuating he could be at another club.

Fair dinkum? He was on Instagram saying “I have a slight feeling that this account may turn red and green ”.
Something to that effect. Make of that what you will. If he’s happy to play silly buggers he can leave now for all I care.
We can’t win, we pay overs and f**kwits in the media bag the shit out of us, we offer what we think and is fair deal and refuse to pay overs we get the shit bagged out of us in the media.
Yep spot on, although I don’t see $700k as overs. It’s probably more than what the club was hoping to get him for but it’s not excessive. If that figure is true, there was an opportunity cost of Gutho limiting his value to that amount, so I don’t think it’s a case of a player being greedy. Now that we didn’t come to the party and he has gone to market, there’s a real possibility we may need to outlay even more to keep him or have to let him go. Either that or the Eels are confident there won’t be any other higher offers. As pointed out in this discussion, there are plenty of teams with plenty of cap space that could use him.Every club has players who are on 'overs'. The art of the thing is deciding who to spend 'overs' on and who not to. Previously Parramatta have had no qualms in spending 'overs' on a player like Whatmough, (who was near the end of his career and riddled with injury, but was seen to have leadership qualities) or Kane Evans (who was just over-rated); but we baulk at paying overs for a player (Gutherson) who is still young, is a good player, is inspirational to the team and is a good leader. Gutherson is the right sort of player to pay 'overs' for.
Won't you please think of the epileptics?saw the light show on Bookface, amazing
Fair points Lingard, if we were going to pay a little extra Guth wouldn’t be a bad option.Every club has players who are on 'overs' (which includes, not only money, but length of contract). But the club is trying to turn a new leaf, stop being the doormat of player agents.
I can see it from the clubs point of view. it’s disappointing how this has been played out by Guth and his management IMO.
